The Community Health Centre/Family Health Team is a primary healthcare organization committed to delivering health programs and services tailored to our community's unique needs. This team includes a family physician, a nurse practitioner, and registered nurses. Our focus areas include health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management, encompassing mental health, addictions, and diabetes education.

Although healthcare experience is valuable, it is not always required. We welcome diverse perspectives and skills.
