Family Physician
Dr. Aaron Khan
Dr. Khan has been a valued member of the Ear Falls Community Health Centre since 2012. As a dedicated member of the community with extensive clinical experience, he effectively responds to the evolving needs of Ear Falls residents. He ensures timely coordination of appropriate referrals and diagnostic testing to support the effective management of disease and illness for patients and their families.

Executive Director and RN
April Delorme
With experience as an RN, April is a senior leader who oversees the organization’s strategic direction, daily operations, and financial management, working directly with the Board of Directors. She leads our interprofessional team, fosters strong relationships with the Ministry, and ensures policies and processes are in place to support high-quality patient-centred care for the community.

Billing, Referrals, and OTN Clerk
Trisha Saunders
As Billing, Referrals, OTN Clerk, and QIDS (Quality Improvement Decision Support) specialist, Trisha is responsible for managing the financial and administrative processes that support patient care, with a focus on Quality Improvement, OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance Plan) billing, and the coordination and tracking of referrals to specialists. Trisha provides valuable support to the team and members of the community with her high level of accuracy and proficiency in this role.

Receptionist
Amanda Appelt
Amanda is the primary point of contact, responsible for greeting patients, managing phone systems, and scheduling appointments. She supports the interprofessional team by maintaining patient flow, managing records, and providing a welcoming, confidential environment.

RN
Amber Pinsent
As a Registered Nurse, Amber provides direct, evidence-based primary care to patients of all ages, often working in collaboration with the interprofessional team. She conducts assessments, delivers preventive care (e.g., immunizations), and is a valuable connection between patients and the physician by balancing advanced clinical competence with compassion, while acting as both a highly skilled technician and an empathetic, patient-centered advocate.

RPN and Program Coordinator
Ashley Williamson
As a Registered Practical Nurse, Respiratory Educator, and Diabetes Educator, Ashley provides comprehensive, evidence-based care that includes chronic disease management, patient assessments, and health education. She works collaboratively with the interprofessional team to support patients in managing their health and provide preventative screening. In her role as Program Coordinator, Ashley also develops and implements programs that help deliver essential preventive services and support ongoing chronic disease management.

Kathrine Burditt
Katherine is a Registered Nurse who works with the interprofessional team to provide comprehensive primary care, including chronic disease management and health education. She collaborates with the team to deliver compassionate patient-centered care, performs competent assessments, and offers supports for patients of all ages with a passion for women's and children's health that strengthens her clinical approach towards family-centred care.
