Please plan ahead as the Ear Falls Community Health Centre / Family Health Team will not have a doctor for the above dates. The clinic remains open for other services during regular office hours.

The Ear Falls Pharmacy has also posted limited hours in August:

Are you going on vacation while we're going on vacation? (Which is allowed!)

Let Shaun know by July 18th if you'll need to pick up additional blister packs or other refills before our

Aug 14-31 summer break.

Will you be at a specialist's appointment in Thunder Bay while we're away?

Fill your urgent prescriptions there, and let us know to transfer your refills back to Ear Falls.
