Please plan ahead as the Ear Falls Community Health Centre / Family Health Team will not have a doctor for the above dates. The clinic remains open for other services during regular office hours.

Reminder, if you are experiencing an urgent matter please go to your nearest Urgent Care Clinic. If you are experiencing an emergency please call 911 or go to your nearest Emergency Room.
